1. Content Requirements:
    • Choose one theme from the eight given product/service options.
    • Students may opt not to purchase the product or visit the location where the services are provided.
      However, they must mention the brand’s name/logo in the video.

2. Video Requirements:
    • Videos must be between 30 seconds to 1 minute in length
    • Video can be made in any languages
    • Video Submissions must be potrait format in MP4 format with a resolution of a at least 1080.

3. Content Guidelines:
    • Inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.
    • The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates intellectual property rights
     or includes offensive, inappropriate, political, religion content.
    • Students are permitted to use copyrighted music in their submissions for the Artisense Short Viral Video Competition. However, Artisense reserves the right to request copies of the submitted projects, with the copyrighted music removed, after the competition for promotional or archival purposes.

4. Submission Process :
    • All video submissions must be uploaded via the official submission link.
    • Submissions must be completed by 5 November 2024, 11:59 PM (GMT+8).
    • Late submissions will not be accepted, and the submission portal will close automatically after the deadline.
    • Each registration allows only one video submission.

5. Rights and Usage:
    • All rights to the submitted videos are retained by Artisense. By participating, students grant Artisense the exclusive rights to use, distribute, and modify the videos for marketing, promotional, or other purposes as determined by Artisense.
    • Students are permitted to post their submitted videos on personal social media accounts for portfolio purposes, provided the content remains unaltered from the original submission. This permission is granted solely for showcasing their work and must not be used for commercial purposes.

6. Notification of Finalists:
    • Winner announcement will be made on the 9th of November 2024, 11AM at RESONEX – Retail Solution Expo, Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre
    • 10 Finalists will be notified via email / Whatsapp by 7 November 2024.
    • Finalists are encouraged to attend the winner announcement event in person.
    • If a finalist is unable to attend, they must inform the organizing committee by 8 November 2024, and alternative arrangements will be made.
    • Each awarded video will consist of one prize unit.

7. Disqualification:
    • Failure to adhere to the submission guidelines or any part of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification.
    • Decisions by the judging panel are final and non-negotiable.

8. Modifications and Rights:
    • The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition at any time.
